Urgent hiring for Sales Executive DBM

We are urgently hiring for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic software/web development team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and managing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and other lead generation methods.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business success.
  • Handle incoming queries, converting them into business opportunities.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Maintain and update leads, prospects, and opportunities in the company's CRM system.
  • Work with Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) for accurate project scoping.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and their needs.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure client satisfaction and deliver on project requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in IT sales, specifically in mobile and web development services.
  • Strong understanding of mobile and web technologies, enabling you to provide effective, service-based solutions.
  • Experience in gathering requirements, understanding project needs, and preparing cost estimations for IT projects.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software to manage leads and track sales activities.
  • Ability to work with BRD and FRD for precise project scope determination.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field (MCA, B.Sc in IT/Computer Science is a plus).
