Key Responsibilities :Financial Operations Management :

  • Supervise financial operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and fixed assets.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulations, and accounting standards.
  • Lead the monthly and year-end financial close processes within Oracle EBS.Oracle EBS System Management :
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with IT teams.
  • Oversee system configurations, updates, and enhancements to support business Reconciliation and Reporting :
  • Reconcile data between Oracle sub-ledgers and the

General Ledger (GL).

  • Generate and analyze financial reports to provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data within Oracle EBS.Process Optimization :
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
  • Develop and document workflows and procedures for financial processes within Oracle EBS.Technical Support and Coordination :
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle EBS with other business systems.
  • Provide technical support for end-users and conduct training sessions.
  • Work closely with external consultants and vendors for technical enhancements and and Auditing :
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing accurate data and system and Skills :
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in finance and Oracle EBS (R12).
  • Strong technical knowledge of Oracle EBS Financial modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM).
  • Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis and report development.
  • Familiarity with Oracle workflows, alerts, and reporting tools (e.g., Oracle BI, FSG).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience in financial process improvement and system integration is a Skills :
  • Understanding of tax compliance and regulatory requirements within Oracle EBS.
  • Project management experience in Oracle EBS implementations or Competencies :
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data and reports.
  • Leadership skills to guide and mentor team members.
