The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in supporting Oracle EBS R12 EAM modules from both functional and technical perspectives. You'll assist in configurations, minor customizations, issue resolution, and support business users across EAM-related operations.
Key Responsibilities:Assist in the configuration and support of Oracle EAM modules: work orders, asset lifecycle, PM schedules. Perform minor PL/SQL development, Oracle Reports, and XML Publisher modifications. Support data uploads via Web ADI and Oracle APIs.
Help troubleshoot user issues and system discrepancies. Collaborate with senior consultants and cross-functional teams. Prepare functional documentation and assist with end-user training.
Requirements:4-8 years of Oracle EBS R12 experience (preferably in EAM). Basic to intermediate knowledge of PL/SQL, Reports, and Oracle Workflow. Strong understanding of EAM processes such as preventive maintenance and asset tracking.
Good communication and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work in early morning shifts (Australian time zone). Nice to
Have:Exposure to Inventory module. Oracle Cloud EAM knowledge. Experience with Australian clients.
