Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Salesforce Developer located in Pune, India. The Senior Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized Salesforce solutions. The role includes daily tasks such as configuring Salesforce platforms, developing customized solutions within Salesforce, integrating third-party applications, and working closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide optimal solutions. This position requires ensuring the scalability and quality of Salesforce applications while adhering to best practices and company standards.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Salesforce development, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
  • Strong experience with Salesforce configuration, including workflows, validation rules, and security models
  • Skills in integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems through APIs and web services
  • Experience in conducting code reviews, ensuring best practices, and maintaining version control
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II, and Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus
