Role Overview As the Marketing Manager – Fragrance Division, you will be responsible for developingand executing marketing strategies that elevate brand visibility, drive product sales, andstrengthen customer loyalty. You will lead campaigns across digital and traditionalplatforms, manage product launches, and collaborate closely with sales, R&D, andcreative teams. The role requires strong expertise in market research, consumerbehaviour analysis, and statistical evaluation of ATL/BTL activities, ensuring clarity,vision, and measurable impact in all marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Strategic Marketing Executiono Lead and execute integrated B2B and B2C marketingstrategies to drivebrand growth, channel expansion, and customer engagementacrossdomestic and international markets.o Develop and implement 360° marketing strategies forperfume productlines.• Market Survey & Research Analysiso Conduct in -depth market surveys to understand productpositioning,consumer preferences, and emerging fragrance trends.o Analyse competitor activity and market dynamics toidentifyopportunities and threats. o Translate consumer behaviour insights into actionablemarketingstrategies.o Prepare detailed reports on product performance, marketshare, andcustomer feedback.• Product Launch & Campaign Managemento Lead new product launches from concept to shelf,including packaging,pricing, and promotion.o Manage ATL (Above -the -Line) and BTL (Below -the -Line)campaigns,ensuring measurable outcomes.o Convert ATL/BTL activities into statistical insightswith clear KPIs, ROIanalysis, and performance dashboards.o Collaborate with influencers, creative agencies, anddigital platforms tomaximize reach and engagement.• Negotiation & Vendor Managemento Negotiate with marketing service providers, agencies,and eventorganizers to optimize costs and maximize value.o Manage contracts and partnerships with distributors,retailers, andchannel partners.• Cross -functional Collaborationo Work closely with product development teams to alignmarketing withfragrance innovation.o Partner with sales teams to ensure marketing strategiessupport revenuegrowth.o Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, andindustry events.• Performance Monitoring & Reportingo Monitor and analyse campaign performance using CRMtools and dataanalytics platforms.o Provide management with clear, data -driven insights onmarketingeffectiveness.o Ensure clarity and vision in reporting, enablinginformed decision -making. RequirementsRequired Skills &Competencies• Strong knowledge ofchemical procurement and packaging materialssourcing• Proficiency inTally (mandatory) – no other ERP systems required• Excellentnegotiation and vendor management skills• Understanding ofregulatory and safety requirements in handling chemicals•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
