- Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors).
- Good understanding of procurement principles.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- To maintain Purchase Orders and Supply requisitons with current vendors.
- To maintain detailed procurement files and track all purchasing activity
- To maintain detailed records and inventory lists of goods received
- To maintain strong working relationships with vendors.
- To effectively maintain open communication with vendors and suppliers
- To follow up on orders from shipping to receiving
- To work with the accounts team for the cheques and payments need to made to the vendors and suppliers.
- To visits to the vendors for the purchasing of machinery parts or necessary items as and when required.
- To ensure that all bills must be duly signed by the authorized signatory.
- To perform the other tasks as needed and requested by the Purchase Manager or Senior Authorities.
