The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled AI SEO & Generative Search Specialist to join our fast-paced team. This role is perfect for a self-starter who understands that modern SEO is less about filling content with keywords and more about structuring information for optimal machine readability and answer generation. You will be instrumental in developing and executing strategies that adapt to the continuously evolving landscape of AI-driven search.

Key ResponsibilitiesGenerative Search Strategy & Optimization (Core Focus)

• Large Language Model Optimization (LLMO): Develop content structures, schema markup, and prompt engineering strategies specifically designed to help LLMs (like Google's Gemini) accurately understand, summarize, and cite our clients' information.
• Answer Engine Optimization (AEO): Strategically optimize content for visibility within direct answer boxes, featured snippets, and generative AI overviews.
• Generative Engine Optimization (GEO): Analyze and adapt SEO strategy based on shifts in search engine behavior, specifically focusing on how content is displayed and prioritized in generative search results.
• Structured Data Implementation: Implement and audit advanced schema markup (especially for E-commerce products and Health articles/FAQs) to maximize content eligibility for rich results and generative AI ingestion.

Domain-Specific Execution

• Health Domain: Ensure content is optimized for "Your Money, Your Life" (YMYL) standards, focusing on E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) and utilizing structured data to clearly cite medical references and expertise.
• E-commerce Domain: Optimize product feeds, collections, reviews, and transactional queries for maximum visibility in generative search and rich product snippets.

AI Tool Integration

• Utilize cutting-edge AI SEO tools for advanced keyword research, competitive analysis, content creation (AI drafting and refinement), and identifying opportunities for LLMO.
• Conduct performance analysis on AI-generated content drafts and revise them to meet human quality and E-E-A-T standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven SEO Foundation: Strong knowledge of core SEO principles (keyword research, technical SEO, on-page optimization, link analysis).
• Expertise in the New SEO Acronyms: Demonstrated understanding and practical experience with GEO, LLMO, and AEO. (Candidates will be tested on their knowledge of these concepts.)
• Structured Data Fluency: Proficiency in implementing and debugging markup (JSON-LD) for different content types.
• Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with website architecture, crawl budgets, rendering challenges, and how they impact AI model understanding.
• Analytical Skills: Proficient in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and third-party SEO tools.
• Domain Awareness: An understanding of the content and compliance nuances specific to the Health and E-commerce sectors.
• Location Requirement: Must be based in or willing to commute to Dwarka, Delhi.
