Your mandate will be to drive client success/retention, operational excellence, and service innovation across all our offerings including Organic Search (SEO), Account-Based Marketing (ABM), Social Media, Paid Marketing, and Marketing Automation. You'll also have a seat at the leadership table to shape the next phase of Saffron Edge's growth

Responsibilities
:

1. Edit and assemble raw footage into high-quality, engaging videos for multiple platforms including YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and websites.

2. Leverage AI-driven tools for video generation, editing, captioning, and automation to streamline the production process and enhance creative output.

3. Collaborate closely with the content, design, and marketing teams to understand campaign objectives and ensure videos align with brand messaging and performance goals.

4. Apply strong understanding of Instagram Reel structures, trending formats, and viral content frameworks to create scroll-stopping short-form videos.

5. Manage YouTube video editing and optimization, including hooks, pacing, and retention techniques to maximize subscriber growth and watch time.

6. Add music, sound design, graphics, animations, and motion effects to create polished and professional final outputs.

7. Ensure all videos are completed on schedule and meet quality, aesthetic, and brand standards.

8. Research and apply the latest AI and creative video trends to continually improve storytelling, engagement, and production efficiency.

9. Assist with shooting and recording content as needed, ensuring proper lighting, framing, and audio quality.

10. Collaborate with internal teams to scale video production for campaigns, repurposing content efficiently across multiple formats and platforms.

Requirements
:

1. Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing studies in Film, Video Production, Multimedia, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

3. Hands-on experience or familiarity with AI-driven video tools (e.g., Runway ML, Pika, OpusClip, Descript, Synthesia, or similar) for automated video generation, enhancement, and repurposing.

4. Strong understanding of YouTube growth strategies, including editing for retention, thumbnail optimization, and storytelling for audience engagement.

5. Knowledge of Instagram Reels formats, trending audio, viral structures, and content pacing techniques.

6. Basic to intermediate knowledge of motion graphics and animation software (e.g., After Effects, Canva Motion, CapCut Pro) is a plus.

7. Ability to conceptualize and execute video ideas aligned with marketing goals and audience psychology.

8. Excellent attention to detail, creative storytelling ability, and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.

9. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

10. Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

11. A portfolio or samples of video work demonstrating storytelling, editing, and content variety across platforms with performance (especially YouTube & Instagram).
