We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Content Creator to manage, create, and execute engaging content for our social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media trends, excellent content creation skills, and the ability to shoot and edit content using a smartphone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation:
  • Write compelling, creative, and brand-aligned content for posts, captions, and campaigns across various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Plan and implement content strategies to increase engagement, reach, and followers.
  • Content Shooting & Editing:
  • Capture high-quality photos and videos using a smartphone for social media posts, stories, and reels.
  • Edit visuals and videos using mobile editing apps (e.g., CapCut, Canva, InShot, Lightroom).
  • Social Media Management:
  • Schedule and publish content regularly.
  • Monitor platform insights and analytics to assess the performance of posts and campaigns, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Trend Analysis & Adaptation:
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in social media, tools, and competitor activities.
  • Propose and implement innovative ideas to keep the brand relevant and engaging.
  • Community Engagement:
  • Interact with followers by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions promptly and professionally.
  • Build and nurture a strong online community for the brand.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media content creation and management.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills tailored to various platforms.
  • Proficiency in using mobile content creation and editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Instagram tools).
  • Knowledge of social media algorithms and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of branding, aesthetics, and audience engagement.
  • Creativity, adaptability, and a keen eye for trends.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma) is a plus.
  • Prior experience in creating short-form videos (e.g., Instagram Reels).
  • Knows how to use AI tools well
