- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for campaign optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content for digital channels.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, generate reports, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
- Manage the company's website, ensuring its effectiveness and user experience.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website visibility.
- Utilize analytics tools to track website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates.
- Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute digital marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and manage online reputation through reviews, ratings, and customer feedback.
- Support the sales team by providing required marketing collaterals, presentations, and campaign materials.
- Take ownership of ad-hoc digital initiatives and cross-departmental projects that contribute to brand visibility, lead generation, and business growth beyond standard digital marketing tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts, platforms, and tools.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media advertising platforms.
- Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
