Role Overview

We are seeking a
fiercely driven, entrepreneurial sales leader
to join our founding team and spearhead Fitsib's
digital sales and international growth initiatives
. This role is more than a job—it is a
founding team position
with a clear career path to
Co-Founder status within 2–3 years
.

You will build, lead, and scale our sales engine, creating a trusted platform that becomes the
go-to destination for cross-border healthcare treatments and surgeries worldwide
.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Sales & Team Leadership

  • Lead and manage the daily performance of the
    Medical Counsellor team
    .
  • Conduct morning and evening reviews on digital lead conversions and ensure accountability.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of
    qualified counsellors (BDS/BAMS/BHMS backgrounds)
    .
  • Drive
    monthly patient conversion targets
    and optimize funnel performance.
  • Lower
    customer acquisition cost (CAC)
    and increase
    lifetime value (LTV)
    of patients.
  • Establish
    Fitsib
    as the most trusted brand in cross-border healthcare.

International Growth & Partnerships

  • Build a vertical to organize
    CME & OPD camps outside India
    , targeting
    400+ camps in the next 2 years
    with
    40+ patients per camp
    .
  • Develop strategic partnerships with
    international healthcare providers, doctors, and referral partners
    .
  • Expand Fitsib's footprint across
    Africa, Middle East, Central Asia, South-East Asia, and beyond
    .

Who We're Looking For

  • An
    IIM/ISB/MDI/IIT/Ivy League
    graduate with a
    strong FMCG or Consulting background
    (Bain, AT Kearney, BCG, McKinsey, or similar).
  • A
    ruthless, data-driven operator
    with proven success in scaling sales teams and driving exponential growth.
  • Deep passion for
    healthcare, patient empowerment, and global impact
    .
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: ready to take ownership, hustle, and build a vertical from scratch.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
