We are seeking a seasoned Process Engineer - Manufacturing Engineering. The Position is Executive/Sr Executive - Manufacturing Engineering to part of our ME Team in the Aerospace Manufacturing industry.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Process Engineer - Manufacturing Engineering (Aerospace) located in Chennai. The Process Engineer will be responsible for following Exposure

  • Aerospace detail parts Process design (SolidWorks must)
  • Fixture design, drawing & Management.
  • Knowledge on GD&T as per ASME/ANSI standard
  • Special tool design & Management.
  • Creation of PPAP & PFMEA documents.
  • Knowledge on standard clamping Elements.
  • Configuration Management - ECN control & Change Management
  • Basic knowledge on CNC Milling & Turning.
  • AS9100 awareness

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications

Diploma / B.E in Mechanical / Aeronautical

Experience Required:

5 to 8 Years in aero Precision Industry.
