Accounting & Finance:

  • Record day-to-day financial transactions in Tally/ERP/accounting software.
  • Prepare journal entries, ledgers, and trial balances.
  • Maintain accounts payable/receivable, supplier/vendor reconciliation, and customer outstanding reports.
  • Prepare GST returns, TDS filings, and assist in statutory audits.
  • Manage petty cash and bank reconciliations.

Inventory & Pharma Distribution:

  • Reconcile purchase invoices with GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and distributor claims.
  • Monitor credit/debit notes related to expired/returned medicines.
  • Track stock valuation and ensure accurate COGS (cost of goods sold) entries.
  • Support inventory audits and cross-check stock with accounts.

Compliance & Reporting:

  • Ensure adherence to tax compliance, drug regulatory norms, and company policies.
  • Generate MIS reports (sales, collections, outstanding, margins, stock).
  • Support in annual budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
  • Liaise with auditors, banks, vendors, and statutory authorities.
