**Accounting & Finance**:

- Record day-to-day financial transactions in Tally/ERP/accounting software.
- Prepare journal entries, ledgers, and trial balances.
- Maintain accounts payable/receivable, supplier/vendor reconciliation, and customer outstanding reports.
- Prepare GST returns, TDS filings, and assist in statutory audits.
- Manage petty cash and bank reconciliations.

**Inventory & Pharma Distribution**:

- Reconcile purchase invoices with GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and distributor claims.
- Monitor credit/debit notes related to expired/returned medicines.
- Track stock valuation and ensure accurate COGS (cost of goods sold) entries.
- Support inventory audits and cross-check stock with accounts.

**Compliance & Reporting**:

- Ensure adherence to tax compliance, drug regulatory norms, and company policies.
- Generate MIS reports (sales, collections, outstanding, margins, stock).
- Support in annual budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, vendors, and statutory authorities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
