Experience: 5 Years Preferred

Preferred: Knowledge of Plastic factory

Skill:

- Knowledge of factory admin
- Knowledge in Loading & Unloading of Goods,
- Handling labour and their wages
- Supervising the factory
- Coordination with Head Office,
- Intimate Management about Raw Material status
- Keeping account of Stocks incoming and outgoing of Goods.

Job Responsibility:
**Stay in Factory MUST**. Factory Supervisor have to plan production activities, production meetings, and machine maintaining schedules, worker schedules and budget maintenance schedules and quality of products. The whole industrial production has to be managed by factory supervisor, or they have to take care of all the features associated with a particular plant department. The safety measures have to be followed. If there are any quality related issues, the factory supervisor have to find out the reason and ensure that it is not repeated. A factory supervisor has to collaborate and meet with other supervisor. Liaison with the financial department is of much significance and coordinate with Head Office. Ensure that receiving and shipping schedules are followed accurately See to it that the workers always abide by the safety rules associated with the industry. They need to attend the scheduled corporate meetings and training. Conduct performance reviews of employees

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bankura, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Total: 5 years (preferred)
