**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- The key role for Automotive Trainer is to train the participants in Automotive Technology, Concepts
& Functions of Components. The Training Delivery involves Class Room Training (Theory) and
- Workshop Practical.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage Training Delivery as per the Training Calendar.
- Assess the Trainees knowledge & identify skill gaps & prepare skill mapping
- Submit monthly report on Training Activities, Trainees Performance & Utilization etc. to

the senior management
- Review Training content periodically & suggest revision/upgradation
- Devise initiatives and corrective actions to improve the quality of training delivered
- Plan and deliver a monitoring system to validate the training programmes
- Community connect, Mobilization activity planning & execution
- Ready for traveling in client locations for training and development

**Educational Qualification**:

- Bachelor Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile/ITI Electrical Automotive

**Requirements**:
Experience & Skills:
Industry Experience - Minimum 2 Year workshop experience - As Technician/Electrician/Floor Supervisor/Technical Advisor/Technical Coordinator/Technical Manager
- Should be able to use workshop equipment such as 2 post lift, Wheeler Aligner, Wheel balancing, AC gas recycling machine, Brake bleeder, etc.
- Should be able to use the Measuring instrument such as Verier caliper, micro meter, dial gauge, bore gauge etc.
- Should be able to use various Test equipment such as engine compression tester, oil & fuel pressure tester, coolant circuit leak tester, OBD diagnostic

tester, multi-meter,
- Should be able to perform a practical demonstration of service/repair procedures on vehicle mechanical/electrical components
- Should be able to interpret various services, repairs, diagnostic, procedures and wiring diagrams manuals
- Should be able to simulate electrical fault in the vehicle and demonstrate troubleshooting using various diagnostic tools, equipment, and services,

repairs, diagnostic, wiring diagrams manuals
- Should be able to perform Symptom-based diagnostic procedures
- Should be able to perform DTC-based diagnostic procedures and interpretation of

DTC code
