A Factory Production Sr. Manager Head is needed for an Electronic Manufacturing Services/Smart LED TV / Interactive Flat LED Panels Industry company. This leadership role requires managing the entire Production process, ensuring high-quality output, and driving efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, preferably in the electronics (EMS) or TV manufacturing sector, and be capable of leading a team to achieve production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Planning & Execution:

Oversee all aspects of the production process, from raw material intake to finished goods delivery, ensuring efficient and timely output.

  • Quality Assurance:

Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure products meet industry standards.

  • Team Leadership & Development:

Lead, motivate, and develop a production team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

  • Cost Management:

Monitor and manage production costs, seeking opportunities for cost optimization without compromising quality.

  • Process Improvement:

Continuously identify and implement improvements in production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

  • Safety Compliance:

Ensure adherence to all relevant safety regulations and protocols within the factory.

  • Performance Reporting:

Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor production performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments, such as Engineering, Sales, and Quality Control, to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering / ITI Diploma in Engg.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in electronics or TV manufacturing.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
  • Production Knowledge: Strong understanding of production processes, manufacturing principles, and quality control systems.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve production issues efficiently.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing: Knowledge of Lean principles and practices.
  • Six Sigma Certification: Certification in Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards: Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 9001.
