Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to oversee accounting operations, ensure accuracy in financial reporting, and support compliance with statutory requirements. The role involves managing the day-to-day accounting functions, supervising junior staff, and assisting in strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

Prepare accurate financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly/quarterly/annual closing.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.

Handle GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory filings

.Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard financial assets.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.

Mentor and supervise junior accountants and ensure timely task completion.

Assist management in decision-making with financial insights.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

Professional certification (CA/ICWA/MBA Finance) preferred.

Minimum 5–7 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.

Proficiency in accounting software

Advanced MS Excel and analytical skills.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50, ₹70,000.00 per month
