Position: Company Secretary (Associate / Executive)

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 0–1 Years (Freshers with membership or internship experience can apply)

Qualification: CS (Member of ICSI) / CS Final (for trainee role)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Company Law Compliance:
  • Incorporation of companies (Private, Public, LLP)
  • Preparation & filing of ROC forms (AOC-4, MGT-7, DIR-12, etc.)
  • Annual filings and event-based compliances
  • Maintenance of statutory registers and minutes
  • Secretarial Support:
  • Drafting of Board resolutions, notices, and minutes
  • Conducting Board Meetings, AGMs, and EGMs
  • Preparation of Director's Report and other documents
  • Advisory & Representation:
  • Provide advisory on Companies Act, FEMA, and related laws
  • Represent clients before the Registrar of Companies (ROC), RD, and other authorities as needed
  • Other Areas (based on firm's offerings):
  • Handling LLP compliance, FEMA, FDI filings (FC-GPR, etc.)
  • Due diligence & secretarial audit (MR-3)
  • Support in drafting agreements and legal documents
  • Client Communication:
  • Regularly liaise with client companies for updates and data collection
  • Manage multiple client portfolios efficiently

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong understanding of Companies Act, 2013
  • Good drafting and communication skills
  • ROC compliance & e-filing proficiency (MCA V3 portal)
  • Knowledge of FEMA, LLP Act, and SEBI regulations is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
