Your Responsibilities


• Developing and implementing global HPD policies and procedures.


• Leading and institutionalizing practices for recruitment efforts to attract top

talent globally in accordance with local needs.


• Ensuring compliance with international and national employment laws and

regulations.


• Leading the development of global compensation and benefit schemes.


• Fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.


• Supporting the growth of colleagues across the organization through our

education policy and initiatives.


• Implementing effective performance management systems on a global level.


• Leading the implementation and continuous development of company's HPD

tools.
