Role Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive B2Csales and customer acquisition. The role involves engaging with customers, understanding theirneeds, and providing suitable product/service solutions.Key Responsibilities:● Understand patients' profiles and address their queries to create awarenessabout Pristyn Care's offerings.● Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets through effective counselling andfollow-ups.● Provide empathetic guidance to patients throughout their treatment journey.● Coordinate with internal teams (operations, doctors, and support staff) to ensurea seamless patient experience.Requirements:● 6 months to 2 years of experience in B2C sales, telesales, or customeracquisition.● Excellent communication and negotiation skills.● Languages:● Mandatory: English● Preferred (any of): Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Hindi● Strong persuasion skills and customer-focused approach.● Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Education:Graduate in any disciplinePerks & Benefits:● Attractive incentives and performance bonuses● Growth opportunities and learning exposure● Dynamic, young, and supportive team environment
