Job Summary

We are looking for a polite, energetic, and service-focused Waiter / Steward to join our hotel's Food & Beverage team. The role includes taking orders, serving guests, and ensuring an excellent dining experience. Candidates from the hospitality or hotel field are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and guide them to their tables.
  • Present menus, take orders, and serve food and beverages.
  • Ensure tables are set, cleaned, and reset properly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
  • Provide excellent guest service and handle requests promptly.
  • Assist with buffet setups, banquets, room service, and special events.
  • Follow hotel hygiene, safety, and service standards.

Skills & Requirements

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good grooming and professional attitude.
  • Hospitality / hotel field candidates preferred.

Salary

₹20,000 CTC per month
