We are seeking a well-groomed, service-oriented Restaurant Captain to manage dining operations in our pure vegetarian restaurant. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and leadership skills, ensuring guests receive top-quality service while maintaining high standards of hospitality and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of service staff (stewards, waiters, runners).
  • Greet and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Ensure smooth restaurant operations during service hours.
  • Take guest orders accurately and communicate effectively with the kitchen team.
  • Handle guest queries, complaints, and feedback promptly and politely.
  • Maintain table setup, cleanliness, and presentation standards.
  • Monitor daily opening and closing checklists of the restaurant.
  • Ensure adherence to hygiene, grooming, and service protocols.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and management for special requests or events.
  • Train and guide new service staff to maintain consistent service quality.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Captain / Supervisor in a vegetarian or fine dining setup.
  • Strong communication skills in Kannada and English & Hindi
  • Leadership, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent grooming and professional appearance.
  • Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
