Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and independent Accounts Manager to handle end-to-end accounting operations, taxation, statutory compliance, audits, and government coordination. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing all financial activities independently, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Finalization of Accounts (Without Support)

  • Independently handle the finalization of company accounts.
  • Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.

2. Taxation – Company

  • Manage company taxation matters including advance tax, TDS, and income tax.
  • Handle tax computations, filings, and reconciliations.
  • Coordinate with auditors and consultants for tax-related matters.

3. Taxation – Director

  • Prepare and file income tax returns of directors.
  • Manage tax planning and compliance for directors' individual finances.

4. GST Amendments

  • Handle GST-related amendments, corrections, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate updates as per regulatory changes.

5. GST Returns (Without Support)

  • Independently prepare and file all monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B, 9, 9C, etc.).
  • Perform GST reconciliation with books of accounts.

6. Statutory Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements including GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and PT.
  • Maintain documentation and records as per audit and compliance norms.

7. Government Office Coordination

  • Visit and coordinate with government departments such as GST, PF, and PT offices for compliance and issue resolution.

8. Notice Replies (Individually)

  • Draft and respond to notices from GST, Income Tax, PF, or other statutory bodies.
  • Handle assessments and correspondence independently.

9. Audit (Internal and External)

  • Manage and support internal and external audits.
  • Ensure audit readiness and timely closure of audit queries.
  • Prepare schedules and documentation required for audits.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Hands-on experience in finalization, taxation, and statutory compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other regulatory frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP, Excel, and other accounting software.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.

Pay: ₹40, ₹45,000.00 per month
