Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located at our facility in Noida, India. The Research Development Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for designing,
developing component and system specifications
and
Supervising finished products and system testing
. The role includes conducting research and development, p
roviding support to assembly and testing teams during product operation
, p
roviding support to ongoing product and process improvement
and troubleshooting technical challenges.
CAD modelling of battery pack components. Component validation plans and test methods. Developing mechanical components for battery packs. Technical drawings and production documentation. Battery pack systems and subsystems research and development. CAD modelling in collaboration with other members of the team.
The candidate will work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the design and implementation of innovative, high-quality, and efficient solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Mechanical Engineering with at least 1 year.
  • Advanced knowledge of CAD software (Solidworks or Creo)
  • Analytical software like ANSYS Fluent, Workbench will be added advantage.
  • Hands-on experience in
    mechanical structures and sheet-metal & thermal analysis.
  • Understanding of electro-mechanical components.
  • Proficient in CAD software and engineering analysis tools
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Experience in clean energy or battery manufacturing industries is a plus
