We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team in Greater Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end design and development of new Special Purpose Machines (SPM), fixtures, and automation systems to enhance our existing product lines and meet custom client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Design & Development: Conceive, design, and develop complex Special Purpose Machines (SPM) and automated systems from concept through to final production.

* 3D Modeling & Drafting: Create detailed 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks (or similar high-end CAD software) and generate precise Bill of Materials (BOM).

* System Integration: Design and integrate mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components into the machine structure.

* Analysis: Perform design calculations, tolerance stack-up analysis, and selection of standard machine components (bearings, gears, motors, actuators, etc.).

* Collaboration: Work closely with the Production, Electrical, and Quality Control teams to ensure designs are manufacturable, efficient, and meet performance specifications.

* Documentation: Maintain comprehensive design records, assembly instructions, and technical specifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

* Experience: [Insert Specific Years, e.g., 3+ years] of relevant experience in the design of Special Purpose Machines, Jigs & Fixtures, Tooling, or Automation Systems.

* Technical Proficiency: Expert level proficiency in SolidWorks or similar CAD software is mandatory.

* Knowledge: Strong foundational knowledge of engineering mechanics, material science, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).

* Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
