This is afull-stack performance role, not a branding/social media posting role. You will operate like anin-house agency, owning strategy, execution, optimisation, and analytics across all paid digital channels.Your goal is simple:Maximise lead volumeMinimise cost per qualified lead (CPL)Scale what works. Eliminate what doesn't.Key Responsibilities Own and optimise lead generation campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn & other paid platforms Build, test, and refine ad creatives, audiences, funnels, landing pages & automation flows Reduce CPL through structured A/B experiments, bid strategies, and conversion optimisation Set up pixels, event tracking, UTM structure, and dashboards for real-time performance visibility Manage and optimise landing pages (Unbounce / Webflow / WordPress / similar tools) Build remarketing and lookalike audiences to maximise conversion yield Analyse channel performance, keyword intent, audience cost curves, and attribution paths Coordinate with internal teams for creative assets, content, and CRM alignment Maintain weekly MIS covering CPL, CAC, CVR, funnel insights & budget utilisation Take full ownership of the digital budget and justify every rupee spentWho Should Apply 4–7 years inperformance-driven digital marketing Proven track record ofreducing CPL by 30–50%and scaling lead volume Hands-on mastery ofGoogle Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager Strong understanding ofanalytics, conversion tracking, GA4, GTM, Data Studio Experience with landing page & funnel optimisation tools Comfortable managing₹2L–₹5L/month+ ad budgetswith full accountability Strong copy instincts + ability to brief design & build high-converting ad/LP flows Self-driven, data-first, and comfortable being aone-person performance engineGrowth Path Phase 1: Own all lead gen independently Phase 2: Build + manage internal & external resources as scale grows Phase 3: Lead digital performance function at org levelWhat You Get Full ownership, zero agency dependency Fast decision cycle — execution > meetings Performance-linked bonus structure 100% visibility into business impact of your work Direct access to leadership and strategy decisionsHow to ApplyEmail your resume + 2 performance case studies (before/after CPL + results) to + marketing plan for generating leads for & []Subject line: Performance Marketing & Lead Acquisition Manager – [Your Name]
