Role Overview

We are looking for a female Customer Service Executive to manage website orders, customer queries, and packaging coordination. The ideal candidate should be organized, customer-friendly, and comfortable using computers and Excel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor online website orders from processing to dispatch.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and support through WhatsApp, phone, and email.
  • Coordinate order packing, shipping, and delivery updates.
  • Maintain daily reports and order logs using Excel.
  • Collaborate with the boutique and logistics team for smooth operations.
  • Ensure prompt and professional communication with customers.

Requirements

  • Female candidates only.
  • Basic computer and Excel knowledge is a must.
  • Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
  • Prior experience in customer support, e-commerce, or boutique handling is an advantage.
  • Organized, proactive, and customer-focused.
