Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Engineer role based in Raigarh. The Senior Engineer will be responsible for managing and optimizing engineering processes, monitoring plant machinery and equipment, ensuring safety and quality compliance, and overseeing the efficient implementation of production strategies. Additionally, the role involves troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving process improvements to meet operational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Process Optimization, Production Engineering, and Quality Management
  • Experience in Equipment Maintenance, Troubleshooting, and Technical Problem Solving
  • Strong understanding of Safety Standards, Compliance, and Environmental Sustainability Practices
  • Knowledge of Steel Manufacturing Processes and Materials Engineering
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale projects effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Industrial Engineering; postgraduate qualifications are a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to innovate to drive process efficiency
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in steel or heavy manufacturing industries
