POSITION OVERVIEW

Sascore Structures Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced and proactive Construction Site Foreman to oversee daily site operations and workforce management. This role requires strong leadership capabilities and direct accountability to the Managing Director.

QUALIFICATIONS

Essential:

  • Civil Engineering degree (preferred), OR
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven construction site experience with verifiable credentials and references

Required Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Proactive problem-solving approach
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work in fast-paced construction environments

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESWorkforce Management

  • Supervise and manage laborers, masons, and skilled workers on-site
  • Coordinate daily work assignments and ensure optimal resource allocation
  • Maintain discipline and safety standards among all site personnel
  • Work in coordination with on-site supervision staff

Daily Operations

  • Create detailed action plans each day for next-day implementation
  • Ensure timely procurement and arrangement of materials, tools, and equipment
  • Monitor work progress and quality standards
  • Address site issues proactively and implement solutions

Reporting & Communication

  • Submit comprehensive daily progress reports directly to the Managing Director
  • Provide analytical insights on project status, challenges, and opportunities
  • Recommend improvements for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Maintain accurate documentation of site activities

Project Contribution

  • Actively contribute to timely project completion
  • Ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards
  • Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
  • Monitor and control site expenses within approved budgets
