Asset & Project CoordinationMaintain FF&E inventory and plan for lifecycle replacementsLead small-capex projects (fit-outs, expansions, tech upgrades) from scope through handoverDraft BOQs, timelines, and budgets; coordinate contractors and internal teamsSafety, Security & ComplianceConduct regular safety audits, fire drills, first-aid kit inspections, and emergency evacuationsOversee CCTV, access-control, and alarm systems; audit security protocols monthlyEnsure compliance with local building codes, insurance requirements, and health-safety regulations.Admin Handoffs & CollaborationReceive daily escalations from Client Relations Executive for unresolved maintenance issues, major breakdowns, and tenant move-ins/move-outsProvide weekly brief to Client Relations Executive on scheduled maintenance, planned outages, and project timelines to inform the daily operations chartMaintain the Daily Facility Chart with live updates on maintenance status, resource allocations, and scheduled tasks; coordinate all chart entries with the Client Relations Executive to ensure unified reporting.Reporting & Continuous ImprovementDeliver a weekly "Facility Health" report to GM and Vertical Lead, covering maintenance compliance, ticket metrics, safety audit results, and project statusAnalyze downtime incidents and cost drivers; recommend process or vendor improvementsQualifications & ExperienceEducation: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related fieldExperience: 2+ years in facilities or building services management, preferably in coworking/hospitality settingsFinancial Acumen: BOQ preparation, budget control, vendor negotiationCompliance Knowledge: Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and statutory inspectionsCore CompetenciesOperational Excellence: Proactive planning and rigorous SLA enforcementVendor Leadership: Effective negotiation and performance managementCollaborative Coordination: Seamless handoffs with Client Relations Executive and other stakeholdersAnalytical Thinking: Data-driven improvements and cost managementIntegrity & Compliance: Uncompromising safety and legal adherenceCompensation & Benefits*Benefits:Health insuranceProvident FundWork Location: In personReJob Type: Full-timePay: ₹45, ₹50,362.83 per monthBenefits:Health insuranceWork Location: In person
