Job Title: Business Development Representative
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services
Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas
Maintain accurate records of calls and sales using CRM software
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improvement
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
Proven experience in telesales or customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
