Job Title: Business Development Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services

  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas

  • Maintain accurate records of calls and sales using CRM software

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improvement

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred

  • Proven experience in telesales or customer service role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills

  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
