Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Quality Manager based in Nagpur. As an integral part of the quality assurance team, the Assistant Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing quality control processes, conducting audits, analyzing production processes, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The role also involves reporting on product quality metrics, identifying areas for process improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain the organization's high standards in manufacturing and production.

  • Strong understanding of Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and compliance with industry standards
  • Experience in conducting audits, analyzing production processes, and implementing process improvements
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in communication and team collaboration with cross-functional departments
  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently in a production environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a quality management role within manufacturing or machinery is a plus
