We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Blue-Collar Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of blue-collar workforce across various industries. The ideal candidate should have a strong network, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage high-volume hiring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for blue-collar roles.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and client requirements.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates.
  • Develop partnerships with training centers, ITIs, and local institutes.
  • Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment records.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities.
  • Track hiring metrics and share reports with management.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
  • 13 years of experience in blue-collar or volume hiring.
  • Strong networking skills with ITIs and training institutes.
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and people management skills.
  • Ability to handle bulk recruitment within tight deadlines.
