Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tele caller, to join our team at Arena Animation. This is an excellent opportunity to launch your career and make a significant impact on our growth. Role Overview. We are looking for a proactive and confident Tele caller with experience in fee recovery and payment collections within the Ed-Tech or education industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls, following up on pending fees, maintaining recovery records, and ensuring smooth coordination with students and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

ü Make outbound calls to students/parents regarding pending or overdue fees.

ü Follow a structured recovery process to ensure timely collection.

ü Update students on fee deadlines, instalment schedules, penalties, and discounts (if applicable).

Maintain accurate records of calls, payment commitments, and recovery status in CRM.

ü Coordinate with the accounts, operations, and counselling teams for fee-related updates.

Required Skills:

ü Good communicator in Hindi and English.

ü Experience: 06-1 year in fee recovery, collection calling, BPO collections, or similar roles.

ü Ability to handle tough conversations and negotiate professionally. Polite, confident, and patient while dealing with parents/students.
