Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telecall Executive to join our team. The role involves reaching out to schools, colleges, institutions, and individuals, promoting our astronomy programs, and assisting with enrolments and event participation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to schools, colleges, and individuals regarding astronomy workshops and events.
  • Explain Spark Astronomys programs, offerings, and benefits in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate details about schedules, fees, and content.
  • Follow up with interested prospects to ensure participation and registration.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries promptly.Role & responsibilities
