Role Description

BOCS Pizza is seeking a proactive and experienced Captain (Service Captain) for a full-time, on-site position in Madurai. As a Service Captain, you will act as a key link between customers, service staff, and the kitchen team. You will ensure smooth front-of-house operations, high service standards, and excellent customer satisfaction while leading the service team during shifts. This role requires strong leadership, coordination, and a customer-first approach in a fast-paced QSR environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day front-of-house service operations
• Assign duties and manage service staff during shifts
• Ensure timely and accurate order taking and food service
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth order flow
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards in the dining area
• Ensure compliance with food safety and company SOPs
• Train and guide waiters and junior service staff
• Support billing, POS operations, and cash handling when required
• Assist the Supervisor / Store Manager in daily operational tasks

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Captain, Head Waiter, or similar role in a QSR or restaurant
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of service etiquette, hygiene, and safety standards
• Ability to work in shifts and handle peak-hour operations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹19,123.28 per month
