Job description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and performance-driven SEO Specialist with 5–10 years of hands-on experience in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. The ideal candidate should be someone who can deliver measurable results within 3–4 months, improving website visibility, organic traffic, and keyword rankings across multiple platforms. This role requires strategic thinking, technical expertise, and a strong understanding of data analytics to drive tangible business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies across on-page, off-page, and technical fronts to achieve measurable traffic and ranking growth within 3–4 months.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and guide content creation and optimization.
  • Optimize website architecture, metadata, internal linking, and user experience to improve search visibility and conversion performance.
  • Perform technical SEO audits (crawl issues, indexation, Core Web Vitals, site speed, structured data) and collaborate with developers to implement fixes.
  • Plan and manage link-building and authority-building campaigns, ensuring a natural, high-quality backlink profile.
  • Track, measure, and analyze SEO performance using tools like GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog — translating data into actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are embedded in all website updates and new launches.
  • Stay updated on Google algorithm changes and industry trends, proactively adjusting strategies to maintain and enhance rankings.
  • Prepare clear monthly reports and insights highlighting performance, growth metrics, and improvement areas for management review.
  • Identify new opportunities such as local SEO, multilingual SEO, or emerging search formats (e.g., voice and visual search) to expand organic reach.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5–10 years of proven experience in executing successful SEO campaigns in Travel industry
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver ranking and traffic growth within 3–4 months.
  • In-depth knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.Strong understanding of Google algorithms, keyword intent, and ranking factors.
  • Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and keyword research tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies. E

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify.
  • Understanding of international SEO and multilingual optimization.
  • Familiarity with local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
