Job Description:
AI & Machine Learning Tax Solutions Engineer
Location: India (Hybrid)
About the Role:
Shape the future of digital tax solutions as an AI & Machine Learning Tax Solutions Engineer. In this hands-on role, you'll team with product managers, engineers, and tax professionals to design, prototype, and deliver intelligent solutions that unlock deeper insights and drive compliance innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and prototype advanced tax automation, analytics, or AI solutions using Python
• Develop machine learning models tailored to tax data and compliance requirements
• Implement and maintain scripts for tax data manipulation, cleansing, and validation
• Collaborate across teams to translate tax and business requirements into ML-driven solutions
• Support exploratory projects in prompt engineering, AI application integration, and workflow optimization
• Document code, models, and processes to contribute to solution libraries

Key Skills Required:

• 1–3 years' hands-on experience in software engineering, data science, or ML—preferably in finance or tax domains
• Proficient in Python; exposure to tax or compliance data is a plus but not mandatory
• Experience with Data Science, ML model development, and workflow automation
• Familiarity with SQL, data wrangling, and reporting workflows
• Knowledge of prompt/context engineering or emerging AI APIs is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving approach and an eagerness to learn new tax technology trends

Education:

• BE/B.Tech., M.C.A., M.Sc. Comp Sc., MTech.
