You will play a critical role in shaping our AI product direction, building robust solutions, and mentoring the team to deliver measurable business outcomes.What Youll Do

  • Build next-gen LLM solutions: Design, fine-tune, and deploy large language modelbased systems using prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agent frameworks.
  • Own the codebase: Deliver production-grade, reusable, and scalable code in Python and SQL, leveraging frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
  • Cloud deployment & optimization: Architect and optimize deployment pipelines on Azure, AWS, or GCP, ensuring CI/CD, scalability, observability, and cost-efficiency.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Translate complex ML/LLM concepts into actionable insights for product owners, data scientists, and SMEs.
  • Lead and mentor: Provide technical leadership, guide junior members, and enforce ML/LLM engineering best practices.
  • Stay cutting-edge: Continuously explore new research, tools, and methods in generative AI, bringing innovation into live projects.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience:

  • 5+ years in building and deploying ML models in production.

  • At least 1 year of hands-on work with large language models & generative AI (prompt design, RAG pipelines, AI agents).

  • Technical expertise:

  • Strong proficiency in Python & SQL.

  • Advanced experience with LangChain / LangGraph.

  • Solid understanding of ML deployment in Azure, AWS, or GCP.

  • Leadership:

  • Proven ability to set technical roadmaps and lead engineering execution.

  • Experience mentoring engineers and fostering best practices.

  • Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
