Email Specialist and Lead Generation Executive

Location: Kolkata Onsite

Shift: UK Shift

Salary: ₹40,000 to ₹50,000

About the Role

We are hiring for a UK based client who is expanding their international business development team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with global clients, researching new business opportunities, and creating professional email conversations that open doors for the sales team.

The position gives you the chance to work closely with an international company, learn modern lead generation methods, and grow quickly in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Create professional and engaging email communication for outreach

* Research potential clients through online platforms and industry directories

* Build lists of prospects for the sales team

* Manage and update leads and activities in the CRM

* Track outreach performance and support the sales team with follow ups

* Maintain organized records of emails, responses and communication patterns

* Coordinate with the UK team for appointments and interactions with prospects

* Support basic email setup and smooth sending of outreach campaigns

Required Skills

* Good written English with the ability to write clear and confident emails

* Strong research ability and interest in exploring new business opportunities

* Understanding of how email communication works in a business setting

* Basic knowledge of CRM tools

* Interest in learning modern outreach methods and tools

* Ability to work independently and stay organized

* Strong attention to detail and consistency in daily tasks

Preferred Skills

* Experience with lead generation or sales support

* Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn for business research

* Understanding of email sending tools

* Experience on Upwork or other freelance platforms is an advantage

Qualifications

* Graduate degree preferred

* 1-3 years of experience in sales, research, lead generation or customer communication
