About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with expertise in the Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) module. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications, with a strong background in Project & Portfolio Management, Demand Management, and Resource Planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, customize, and enhance ServiceNow applications with a primary focus on the SPM module.
  • Implement solutions for Project & Portfolio Management (PPM), Demand Management, and Resource Planning.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations as per business needs.
  • Ensure platform stability, performance, and adherence to best practices.
  • Provide support in testing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.
  • Stay updated with new ServiceNow releases and recommend improvements.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration and customization.
  • In-depth knowledge of Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
  • Expertise in Project & Portfolio Management, Demand Management, and Resource Planning within ServiceNow.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).
  • Experience with integrations, workflows, and automation.
  • Good understanding of ITSM and ITIL processes is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • ServiceNow certifications (SPM, CSA, CIS, etc.) preferred.
