Manage the full recruitment lifecycle or end to end recruitment requirement and on boarding process.
Write and post job descriptions.
Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs.
Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees, ensuring all documentation and training requirements are completed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both digital and physical formats.
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, and assist in monthly payroll processing.
- Address employee queries regarding HR policies, compensation, benefits, and company procedures.
- Support the execution of employee engagement activities and internal communication.
- Assist in performance appraisal processes and maintain related documentation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹25,789.74 per month
