About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and versatile HR Recruiter & Generalist with around 2 years of experience to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling both end-to-end recruitment activities and core HR operations, ensuring a smooth employee experience across the organization. This role offers a perfect balance between talent acquisition and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:Recruitment (50%)

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing and screening to offer closure.
  • Post job openings on various portals and social media platforms.
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for technical and final rounds.
  • Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

HR Operations (50%)

  • Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
  • Manage HR documentation, employee records, and HRMS data updates.
  • Assist in performance management, attendance, and leave tracking.
  • Support employee engagement activities and internal communications.
  • Handle exit formalities and feedback collection.
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in a combined recruitment and HR operations role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, HR policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
