JobOverview: We are seeking a motivated Inside SalesRepresentative with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, particularlywith a strong background in cold calling. The ideal candidate will excel ingenerating new business opportunities, building client relationships, anddriving revenue growth.KeyResponsibilities:● Lead Generation: Identify and develop newbusiness opportunities through proactive cold calling, emailing, and followingup on leads.● Client Engagement: Build and maintain strongrelationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs andeffectively communicating how firm can meet those needs. ● Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceedassigned sales quotas and performance objectives. ● Product Knowledge: Maintain a deepunderstanding of company's products and services to effectively addresscustomer inquiries and objections. ● CRM Management: Accurately record and manageall sales activities and client interactions in the company's CustomerRelationship Management (CRM) system. ● Collaboration: Work closely with the marketingand product teams to provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences. Qualifications:● Bachelor's degree in Business,Marketing, or a related field is preferred. ● Minimum of 2 years of experiencein inside sales, with a proven track record of successful cold calling and leadgeneration. ● Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills● Strong negotiation and closingabilities. ● Proficiency in using CRM softwareand other sales tools. ● Self -motivated, goal -oriented, andable to work independently. PreferredSkills:● Experience in the climate -tech orHVAC industry is a plus.● Familiarity with IoT -basedsolutions and subscription models.
