Hiring Customer Support Executive (Fresher) - BPO
Location: Pune
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: Freshers Welcome
Excellent Communication Skills Are Mandatory
Shift: Rotational Shifts (5 days a week)
About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic BPO team as Customer Support Executives. If you have strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls or emails.
- Resolve customer queries quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: 10+2 / Any Graduate (any stream)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional regional languages are a plus).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
