Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Resolving customer queries in a professional manner and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Handling international clients (US, UK, etc.) and providing a world-class experience.

Requirements:

  • Freshers Undergrad/Grad with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in BPO (International Voice/Chat) or customer service will be an advantage.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts including night shifts.

  • Rotational shifts
  • Rotational offs
  • 5 working days, 2 days off
