Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced
PEARL Developer
with strong expertise in developing, maintaining, and optimizing applications using the PEARL programming language. The ideal candidate should have experience in integrating systems, debugging complex issues, and ensuring application performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using
    PEARL (Process and Experiment Automation Realtime Language)
    .
  • Work on
    real-time systems, automation workflows, and data processing
    modules.
  • Debug, optimize, and enhance existing applications for better performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Business Analysts.
  • Ensure applications are secure, scalable, and meet performance requirements.
  • Write and maintain
    technical documentation, code standards, and best practices
    .
  • Support production systems, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in PEARL development.
  • Strong understanding of
    real-time systems and automation workflows
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Unix/Linux environments
    .
  • Experience with
    scripting languages
    (Perl, Shell, Python – added advantage).
  • Familiarity with
    databases (Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server)
    .
  • Good knowledge of
    version control systems (Git, SVN, etc.)
    .
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in
    telecom, manufacturing, or process automation
    domains.
  • Knowledge of
    CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodology
    .
  • Exposure to
    cloud platforms
    (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
