We are hiring a highly skilled
DSA with Advanced Java Trainer
to conduct offline, classroom-based training for college students. The trainer will be responsible for delivering structured sessions, strengthening problem-solving skills, guiding capstone projects, and preparing learners for placement-oriented coding assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver interactive sessions on Core Java, DSA, Algorithms, JDBC, Servlets, JSP, and MVC.
  • Conduct live coding and simplify complex problem-solving approaches.
  • Provide assignments, daily practice problems, and weekly assessments.
  • Mentor students in end-to-end
    Capstone Project
    development including design, coding, documentation, and deployment.
  • Review code submissions and provide improvement feedback.
  • Prepare learners for industry-level coding tests and interviews.

Required Technical Skills:

  • Strong in OOP, Collections, Java 8+, Exception Handling, Multithreading.
  • Expertise in DSA, Recursion, DP, Greedy, Graph Algorithms, MST.
  • Advanced Java concepts: JDBC, Servlets, JSP, MVC, CRUD operations, Tomcat.
  • Added advantage: Spring / Spring Boot, Git & GitHub, HackerRank/LeetCode familiarity.

Candidate Details / Eligibility:

  • Experience:
    3–7 years
    in teaching or corporate training.
  • Strong problem-solving profile preferred (LeetCode/CodeChef/HackerRank).
  • Ability to manage large student batches
  • Experience mentoring complete Capstone Projects is
    mandatory
    .
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
