Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Manager to manage our e-commerce sales across Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces, along with coordinating export operations for our existing customers. The role involves managing online sales growth, using CRM, and ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms.
  • Plan and execute strategies to increase online sales and visibility.
  • Monitor performance, campaigns, and promotions, and share regular reports.
  • Use CRM tools for customer relationship management and sales tracking.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for stock, packaging, and timely dispatch.
  • Handle export documentation and operations for existing customers.
  • Ensure compliance with marketplace and export regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or related field.4 to 5 years of proven experience in e-commerce sales (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
  • Experience in CRM systems and sales management.
  • Familiarity with export procedures for existing clients.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Salary: As per industry standards.
